Vibrant, sharp and engaging - and her designs are good too.
Emma Friedland is a 21-year-old graphic designer from Western Sydney. With a degree in Design (Visual Communications) and a natural flair for making everything around her beautiful, Emma is an educated and valuable asset to any team.
Emma has worked hard since commencing her degree to develop her skills in most areas of design, along the way having developed a passion for business branding and identity. This passion has been pursued both at university as well as in her first and current job as a graphic designer. Emma is fast approaching the end of her first year working as a graphic designer, pre-press production manager as well as office manager at a printing, signage and marketing products store.
In this position Emma has been able to apply the knowledge she has gained from her university in a practical and real-world situation. Working in a small working environment has allowed Emma to grow and hone her skills across many areas of design, all while successfully overcoming the many hurdles involved in learning new tools and tricks. A strong work ethic, time management and the ability to listen and dissect information while doing a job, are some of the areas in which Emma is most strong.
Emma approaches all work in a theoretical manner, believing that a sound understanding of why things are the way they are, will ensure an aesthetic and a practical result.
